A spacious and furnished studio apartment, with a shared bedroom and living room but a separate kitchen, in central Luthagen, only a 1-minute walk to Ekonomikum, 5 minutes to both Ica Luthagen and Ica Folkes, as well as a bus stop right outside the residence. It has a spacious balcony facing the sun with an outdoor sofa. The apartment no longer has a bathtub, but instead a shower and a washing machine.
