Newly built studio apartment (2023) within walking distance of a large grocery store (Willys) and two nearby bus stops. It takes about 15 minutes to get into the city center and it is about 1 kilometer to Gamla Uppsala Church. A dishwasher and a washing machine with a tumble dryer are in the apartment. There is a balcony with space to sit and drink coffee. Spacious bathroom with a towel warmer. I am studying abroad, will be back in June and therefore want to rent out the apartment in the meantime.
