8 m² room in a shared flat. You will share the flat with one person (male, 30 years old). Costs: 5,500 SEK/month. I will leave my bed (1.20 m) with mattress, a small bedside cupboard, a desk and a mirror in the room (3,500 SEK). Apart from the cupboard, I bought everything new in 2021. Service fee for tenant: 272 SEK.
