Renting out the whole apartment (15,000 SEK (16,000 SEK for two people)) or parts of the apartment (12,000 SEK). Prefer female tenants. Electricity and the cost of hot water are charged separately. A deposit corresponding to 2 months' rent is required. I am not in a hurry. The right tenant is more important. Happy to rent for a shorter period. Service fee for the tenant: 594 SEK
