Nice small apartment in a pleasant building. Each apartment has a patio in front of the entrance where we have an outdoor sofa set with a table. It is a relatively new building with well-kept common areas such as an elevator and stairwell. A covered bicycle parking space in the courtyard is included. There is also a barbecue area in the courtyard. The apartment is well laid out and contains a full-size bathroom with a shower and a washer/dryer in the same room. A kitchen area with a dishwasher and functional surfaces despite the small size....
