1 room apartment in Uppsala

We have an apartment in the house: 1 room with kitchen, private entrance and private bathroom. The rent is 6,000 SEK per month and includes electricity, water, heating, Wi‑Fi, a shared laundry room, and a private patio with afternoon/evening sun. A bus runs every 10 minutes to the city, or a bike ride takes you to the city in 10–15 minutes. I will send pictures of the property. Good references required! For rent to students only! Enrollment certificate from the university required! Service fee for tenant: 297
