Apartment This apartment is equipped with a fridge/freezer, shower/WC, a stove with a hob and a security door. No smoking or pets allowed. Storage is available; blinds are not included. In this apartment, hot and cold water are metered and billed separately based on your usage. For the first two months we charge a flat-rate fee for the water. This is added to the rent. From month three you pay for the actual water consumption for your apartment. Area
