I am renting out my apartment in northern Rosendal from the turn of the year 2025/2026, as the previous tenants have chosen to move. The rental period is 12 months with a good chance of extension. It is a one-room (studio) apartment of 41 sqm, located on the 4th floor with a balcony. The apartment is rented partly furnished and is equipped with a dishwasher.
