I am looking for a tenant for my apartment in Södra Rosendal. It is 31 sqm and equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Move-in is possible from January 1, 2026, and I would like the tenant to stay for at least one year. The rent is 9,500 SEK/month and includes heating, water, electricity and broadband (1000/1000).
