1 room apartment in Upplands Väsby

I have a small apartment/rental unit with its own entrance. It is located in a villa in Upplands Väsby, in a quiet and attractive area. The apartment has been newly renovated. Hot water is included in the rent, but electricity is not. There is a bus stop approximately two minutes away, as well as nearby nature. The unit is rented to one person. The tenant must be a non-smoker and have no pets. We expect the person we rent to be responsible and have a stable income.
