1 room apartment in Umeå

A room for rent in a slightly too large apartment. The bedroom is quite nicely secluded with its own small toilet. North-facing window and the coolest room in the apartment. Otherwise, I live here along with my two sons, 7 and 10 years old, every other week. Possibly, the room next to the living room can also be rented out for periods. This is the warmest room in the apartment, at least in the summer. Very close to the university and hospital. For rent unfurnished at least for the time being. Service fee for tenant: 198
