Hi, I want to rent out a room (15 sqm) in a three-room apartment. The room is fully furnished. Rent costs 4000 SEK per month plus one month's rent in advance. Everything is included in the rent, including Wi-Fi. One room is rented to a student but one room is still available. Everyone has their own room but we share the kitchen and the shower.
