Hello! Our villa contains a separate apartment with its own entrance and a location facing the garden and woods. We are a family with two children, aged 4 and 7, renting out the apartment, and we are primarily looking for a tenant who would like to rent for a longer period. It is best suited for one person but also works for two. The apartment consists of one larger room with a sleeping area and living room area, one smaller room with a kitchenette/small kitchen, and a newly renovated bathroom.
