Very nice apartment with a separate sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Completely newly renovated; fiber is available but the tenant must arrange their own subscription. Heating and water are included in the rent. It is fully furnished, but we are open to suggestions. The apartment is about 500 m from the commuter train station, where trains run every 20 minutes; it takes about 12–15 minutes to Gothenburg city center. There is also a bus stop 150 m away.
