By car it takes only 10 minutes to Gothenburg, and by commuter train (zone A) you’re at the central station in 13 minutes. Electricity, heating and internet are included. Home insurance is required. A parking space can be arranged right by the building, if needed, for 250 kr/month. The housing association must approve the tenant.
