We are a housing cooperative on Storgatan/Rektorsgatan that has six rental apartments in our building. They were completed in July 2020, with underfloor heating and large tiled bathrooms. The building is a stone's throw from Sundsvall city center and 5 minutes from Mid Sweden University. Bus stops are located on the street above the building.
