1 room apartment in Stockholm

I am looking for a woman to rent a room in a shared apartment with another 32-year-old woman. You will share common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. The room is approximately 13 m², and you will also have access to attic storage. The building has a shared terrace. The ideal person should be accustomed to living with others and have a natural sense of respect. The woman who currently lives there is sociable but respects the privacy one wants. Tenant service fee: SEK 357/month (included in the rent stated above).
