1 room apartment in Stockholm

I have a two-room apartment of 63 m2. The room for rent is approximately 24 m2 and fully furnished with a 160 cm bed (bedding included), desk, sofa, TV, stereo. You will also have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom of modern standard (completely renovated in 2015). There is a spacious dresser as well as two wardrobes in the hallway with clothes rails and hangers. A bookable laundry room is available in the basement. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. Service fee for tenant: 446
