1 room apartment in Stockholm

We rent out a room of 11 sqm in our 5-room apartment which has 2 kitchens, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. The room has a nice view of a large and leafy courtyard. One of the kitchens is shared with another tenant, and the bathroom and an extra toilet are shared with the other residents. My son and one tenant live in the apartment, both in their 30s. I myself live here only a few weeks a year. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the apartment. Central location in Torsplan, just a stone's throw from Karolinska University ...
