Newly built and charming apartment with 3 bedrooms and a shared living room. There are 2 bathrooms and a shared entrance. I am now renting out 2 bedrooms to different tenants. You will share one bathroom (toilet and shower). My guests and I use the other bathroom. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, and the neighborhood is calm. It is a courtyard building, which makes it even quieter and more peaceful. From St. Eriksplan you can take the subway and several different buses. To KI it is about a 10-minute walk.
