Hi, I am renting out my apartment for a period of 4 months as I am studying in another town and the previous tenant will now move out earlier than expected. The apartment is therefore only available for rent from March 31 until August 1. The apartment is well laid-out and feels larger than 26 sqm as there is room for a larger sofa and a dining table, and the bed is built-in and separated from the main living area and fits a 130 cm bed.
