1 room apartment in Stockholm

I rent out a 25 m² room to a female tenant. Built-in wardrobe 2 m, bed 140 cm, desk, sofa, coffee table, display cabinet, bookshelf. The room is bright and faces the inner courtyard where there is a pergola. The room is located just after the entrance hallway to the apartment, which is 78 m² in total. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with me (female). Electricity, heating and broadband are included. I spend long periods abroad and at my summer home, so you will often be alone in the apartment.
