This apartment is centrally located near Nytorget on Södermalm in a well‑run housing cooperative (Brf). The room is rented furnished, preferably to a university student; I require calm and quiet for their studies. Male or female does not matter. Access to the internet and other facilities such as a desk and storage, etc. Access to a refrigerator and basic cooking facilities. The room is secluded in a three-room apartment.
