Kista. The apartment is close to public transport and Kista Galleria, about a 5-minute walk away. The unit is a rental part with its own entrance, storage, and a bathroom renovated in 2023. Furnished with a bed, dining table and chairs, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and a countertop stove with two hotplates and an oven. The unit is 20 sqm. We rent to one person who does not smoke and must not have pets. Access to a laundry room, cable TV, Wi‑Fi, and electricity is included in the rent. Rent 6,500 SEK + one month's rent as a deposit.
