Need something bigger! I have a large one-room apartment of 34 sqm on Södermalm, located 50 meters from the water at Sofia. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of 8, has a south-facing balcony and access to a large roof terrace with views over Söder’s rooftops and a beautiful glass building (the terrace can be used in all weather).
