1 room apartment in Stockholm

We are renting out a furnished room on the 3rd floor measuring 10 sqm (7,000 SEK/month). The room has its own shower (which is not included in the stated area), but the toilet is shared. There are two toilets in the corridor and three people share these two toilets. The kitchen, dining room and laundry room are shared with other students. These are located on the ground floor.
