1 room apartment in Solna

I am renting out a furnished room in a fresh 4-room apartment of 105 sqm in Bergshamra, near Östermalm. The apartment has new floors, freshly painted walls, a toilet, and a bathroom with a bathtub. You get your own room and share the kitchen and living room with me. Wi-Fi is included in the rent, and there is access to a laundry room with a key and tag. The rent is 5,000 SEK per month plus a deposit. Move-in can be on January 21 or February 1, but it is flexible, and dates after February 1 are also fine if you want to plan something else....
