1 room apartment in Söderåkra

We rent out a bright apartment of about 45 square meters with its own entrance and good connections to Kalmar; bus stop 200 m. The apartment is in our house at Kyrkvägen 26 in Söderåkra but is completely separate from the house. The apartment is furnished but can be rented unfurnished. The apartment is about 30 minutes by car from central Kalmar. There is also a bus stop only 200 meters from the apartment and the bus to Kalmar takes 40 minutes.
