1 room apartment in Skellefteå

Since I am moving elsewhere for work, I would like to rent out my one-room apartment (with sleeping alcove) at Läkarvägen 5C. It is a nice, sunny apartment with a large glazed balcony facing south that beautifully catches the evening sun. The pictures were taken on the purchase date in 2021 and show the light in a furnished apartment.
