1 room apartment in Skärholmen

I am renting out a room in my 3-room apartment in Skärholmen. It is very cozy, nice, quiet, and safe area, close to everything: buses, subway, shops, a mall, and 5 minutes to the center. Electricity, internet, and hot water are included in the rent. One person 4500 SEK, two people 6000 SEK. Move-in date until the end of May 2026. Service fee for tenant: 267 SEK.
