1 room apartment in Skärholmen

Hello there, I'm renting out a room in my beautiful apartment. It's a wonderful place to be, quite calm, near the nature reserve and with a view of the park. It's located in Bredäng. From the apartment it's 25 mins to T-Centralen and 15 mins to Södermalm. The rent is 6000 with everything included, possibility for extension. The whole apartment is quite spacious (76 m2), it's bright and has the sun in the mornings. It's very cozy here and it's a lovely place to come back to, especially during the Swedish winter.
