A simple 1.5‑room apartment in central Sandviken is rented out at least until the end of the year, with a good possibility of extension. Partly furnished but no TV or bed (only a folding guest bed) in the sleeping alcove. Smoking indoors is of course not allowed. The tenant must show permanent employment or other stable income and have no negative references.
