1 room apartment in Saltsjöbaden

Hello, I am renting out a room immediately with its own entrance in a four-room apartment. There is a small hallway and a private toilet (without a shower). The room is unfurnished but can be furnished upon request. Electricity, heating, water, and fast fiber internet are included in the rent. The apartment is close (a 3-minute walk) to Fisksätra Centre, the bus stop, and the train station. I am looking for someone with stable finances who does not throw parties or play loud music. I also require a deposit with the first rent payment.
