Åkra Åkra is our largest area, built between 1962 and 1968. It is located on the east side of Silvermyntsgatan, on the site where Åkra farm used to be. What remains from that time is only part of the apple orchard down by the ponds. From the center of the area it is about a 15-minute walk to Sala station and a 12-minute walk to the town center. Åkraskolan, covering grades F–6, is located in the area. The picture is of the area and not necessarily a picture of the actual rental property.
