Hello! I have a one-room apartment in central Norr that I plan to rent out again starting in August (can be flexible with move-in date). The apartment is 24 sqm with a rent of 5500 SEK (plus a fee to Qasa). This includes everything such as electricity, heating, water, internet in the rental cost and it is furnished (except for the wardrobe). However, it is possible to rent unfurnished if preferred.
