1 room apartment in Örebro

Hello, Since I work in another town I am looking for a tenant for this nice studio in the northern part of Örebro from December 1st. I have lived here very comfortably for 8 years. It is only a 10-minute walk to Örebro city centre and at the nearby Mejeritorget there are shops, restaurants, a gym, etc. I am renting it out unfurnished and the rent includes heating and water, but the tenant pays for electricity usage and internet, etc. A parking space for the apartment is also included.
