Hello! I am planning to rent out my apartment in Alby, Botkyrka. The apartment is on the second floor and has an area of 31 sqm with a balcony. The building dates from 2017 and is only a 2-minute walk from the subway and buses with good connections, and a 4-minute walk to Alby center where there are grocery stores.
