1 room apartment in Mölndal

Looking for a lodger for my pleasant 4-room apartment in Toltorpsdalen again. A quiet area with plenty of nature yet still close to the city center. Right outside is a bus stop that takes you to Chalmers, Linné or Mölndal in a short time. The rent includes everything except parking; there are a few different options for that. I'm 32, work part-time in accounting and enjoy making music or hanging out with friends. The room you rent is the top left one on the floor plan, but of course you have full access to the apartment.
