1 room apartment in Malmö

I am renting out one room in my three-room apartment to a female lodger. Since I am a woman myself, I prefer a female lodger. The apartment is centrally located, safe and secure, and close to Hyllie Station and Triangeln for commuting. Pildammsparken and the stadium are just five minutes away. Of which the tenant’s service fee is SEK 345/month (included in the rent above).
