1 room apartment in Malmö

I am renting out one room in my three-room apartment to a female lodger. Since I am a woman myself, I prefer a female lodger. The apartment is centrally located and safe and secure, close to Hyllie Station and Triangeln for commuting. Pildammsparken and the stadium are only 5 minutes away. Of which the service fee for the tenant is SEK 345/month (included in the rent above).
