A very pleasant and quiet condominium apartment. A so-called “large one-bedroom apartment.” Shop and gym 400 meters away, and three laundry rooms on the ground floor. Free internet. Warm in winter, 23–24 degrees. For social reasons, it is better to live with someone than alone. I can do your laundry or shop for you if needed. If you write, I can attach pictures of the room. You can also get my phone number. Just get in touch! Available from October 1. Service fee for the tenant: 297
