I am renting a room in a three-room apartment with virtually everything you need. It's located almost at the center of the city. 3 busstops away to Hyllie station. 10 minutes by bus to Malmo central station. We have bus 10 and bus 14 on the other side of the road and bus 3 and 6 on the other side. A great and quiet place to live. Electricity,  Internet and water bills are included in the rent.
