1 room apartment in Malmö

From the end of August/beginning of September, I am renting out my student apartment for at least 6 months (according to MKB's rules for subletting) to another (possibly future) student. The rental will be through MKB. The rent is 4900 SEK including everything (except internet. That can be arranged but costs a few hundred extra).
