1 room apartment in Malmö

I am renting out a room in my apartment this summer (but practically the whole apartment, as I will only be in Malmö a few days). It is a cozy 2.5-room apartment on Köpmansgatan. Close to bus stops, a shop, a second-hand store, and a gym. I will keep my bedroom. You have a bed (120 cm) in the living room and will close yourself off with a thick fabric between the living room and the hallway. The apartment is furnished. Everything is included for 5500/month, rented 1 June - 31 August. Service fee for tenant: 327
