Roommate wanted We are a family of two adults and a six-year-old child. We are looking for a roommate. The apartment has three bedrooms and we use two of them, so we want to rent out the third room. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The room is in Gullvik in a gated, clean and pleasant condominium area. Close to the bus station, ICA and a pizzeria. The rent includes electricity, water, internet and heating. We also have access to a small gym and a nice sauna completely free of charge. Service fee for tenant: 247
