Hi, I'm renting out my one-room apartment with a sleeping alcove as a sublet, initially for one year. The apartment is centrally located in Malmö at Nobeltorget. The apartment is about 35 sqm. I'm renting it to one person or a couple and preferably immediately. There is a large laundry room in the courtyard. The rent is 7,500 kronor; electricity and gas (gas stove) are extra, and you need to be approved by the landlord to be able to rent.
