1 room apartment in Malmö

Renting out a room in my 4-room apartment. From 16/03 until 30/06/2026, with the possibility of extension if things go well. Would suit a student or airline staff, as it is very quiet here and we would like to keep it that way; exceptions can be made if you respect a quiet environment. No smoking allowed at all. Apply only if you are a student, have a job, or are single — no couples, no families, no pets.
