The apartment is 16 sqm. The rent is 4,152 SEK per month. There is a large grocery store called Mathallen a few meters from the building. There are good bus connections on Ystadsvägen and Lantmannagatan in Malmö, both near the apartment. Move-in is immediate. To rent the apartment, you must attend the viewing.
