1 room apartment in Malmö

Renting out a room in my four-room apartment. From 16 March to 30 June 2026 with the possibility to extend if it goes well. Would suit a student or flight crew because it is very quiet here and we would like to keep it that way; exceptions can be made if you respect a quiet environment. Smoking is not allowed at all. Apply only if you are a student or employed, or single — no couples, no families, and no pets. The apartment is located in central Malmö within walking distance to everything, i.e. Mobilia, Triangeln and lots of shops at Södervä...
