Apartment for rent in Malmö I am looking for a tidy and quiet tenant for my apartment in Rörsjöstaden in Malmö. I am renting out the apartment from January until August 1. The apartment is a studio of 33 sqm and is rented partly furnished – everything is provided except a bed and a coffee table. The area is quiet and central, close to parks, grocery stores, cafés and good public transport. The rent is 8,300 SEK per month.
